Bulgarian director graduated from the National Academy of Theatre and Film Arts in Sofia, Bulgaria. Besides directing commercials, he also directed a couple of short films, amongst them Family (2002), I have something to tell you (2003) and Before life, after death (2005). He was also successful as a director of animation films, such as Natural romance (2000), The Gambler (2001), Badinerie (2003) and Hamlet from Hollywood (2006). He directed many TV ads for clients such as Globul-Cosmote, Bulgaria Vivatel, Office One Super Store and Cinemania-Sofia 2005, to name a few. Amongst various Film Festivals he participated at all across the world, one finds Cannes 57, Golden Rose (Varna, Bolgarija), Egypt Film Festival (Ismailia, Egipt), Festival on Wheels (Turkey) etc.

Before his directing career, he was the Head of Art and occasionaly also the Creative director at Saatchi, London, where he created commercials for clients such as: The National Lottery, Powergen, Castlemaine XXXX and British Airways, to name a few. With Perfo Production House he has already made two TV commercials for T-Mobile Macedonia. Matt says: »Every brand has a story. Every script should tell a story. My job as a director is to make sure that all disciplines in film-making are harnessed to make sure the audience engages with the story. If you're lucky, very lucky, you get a script with a great story.«

At the age of 18, Dirk left home and moved to the big city of Brussels, where he studied at the prestigious film school RITS. After graduating he began his career making documentary films. In 2 years time he directed more than twenty-five documentary movies in length of 40-minutes for National Television. Some of them were nominated at various international film festivals such as dutch Festival of Rotterdam and swiss Locarno Film Festival. Wishing to discover new worlds he wrote and directed 2 short films Low life and Up, which later led him to direct a fiction series of 12 episodes 16+ for the National Television.

Alexandru Maftei is a Romanian director and screenwriter as well as an enthusiastic photographer, who graduated from the Bucharest Academy of Film and Theatre. His graduation film Night within a day has travelled many international festivals (Clermond - Ferrand, Montpellier, St. Petersburg, St. Denis, Paris, FIPA Biarritz - FIPA D'Or for best short film, Dakino Bucharest - The Grand prize for best film, etc.) and it was also screened at the Arte TV channel. He made his first feature film Keep your eyes on happiness in 1998, in Romanian-German co-production.

Since 1994 he has been directing TV commercials, creating a rich opus of over 300 commercials for most famous brands and advertising agencies.
